Service Description

A restorative, rejuvenating class that heals and inspires. Special emphasis on lower back strengthening and mobility. (Check Spam for confirmation.) Online registration is open. The fee is $20 cash per class or $25 Venmo or Paypal. For now, payment is not required online. Sanitized mats are provided. Securing a space through our website or email is recommended. The Community House is in the center of OB town on the bay next to the Post Office.
